Located in Essex
Paying between £20-22k per annum depending on experience
8 hour working day
some experience in Microsoft softwarePlease see below job roles and responsibilities:
Implement the office systems including administration of the required systems
Use of Microsoft programmes to assist the sector effectively
Support to the sector in preparation of correspondence / reports / updating sector trackers (excel) as required for reporting
Booking and facilitating the organisation of meetings upon direction (Site Visits / Pre-commencement / Handover meetings as required by the sector)
Preparation and distribution of all relevant correspondence in advance of planned site visits / meetings and distribution as required.
Printing, compiling sector documentation / folders both hard and soft copy
Establish and maintain all correspondence and construction information
Ensure that the general management of all administration is co-ordinated on a daily basis to ensure the sector document control system is maintained
Ensure the relevant sector / site paperwork is filed correctly and maintained within document control protocols.
Typing of correspondence, photocopying, scanning etc as required
Taking minutes of meetings, distributing and recording as required
