Due to continued growth Group SRS are looking for a strong, dynamic HR Manager to join our award-winning business!

This role will cover businesses within Care at Home (SRS Care Solutions), Recruitment Agency (SRS Partnership) and Training/SVQ (Kaizen Training).

The HR Manager role is heavily focused on employee relations supporting managers to feel comfortable managing a range of different cases.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead on ER issues including discipline, grievance, absence, and performance related matters, ensuring advice and guidance is given in a timely manner.

* Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, employment law and employee relations issues.

* Support managers in making decisions which are consistent with company values, policies and practices and are consistently applied.

* Support, develop and coach managers to manage all people issues that may arise day to day from working within the sector.


* Ideally CIPD qualified, Member status (CIPID).

* Experience in managing employee relations issues.

* Ability to manage a diverse case load.

* Resilience & pragmatism in dealing with various situations that may arise in the care sector

* Evidence of knowledge of current employment law.

* An ability to approach issues with a ‘can do attitude’, driving tasks forward to a successful conclusion.
