An exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation, who are passionate about supplying innovative products to businesses around the UK. My client is seeking a Contract Support Administrator, to maximise efficiency and provide fantastic customer service. With offices in five locations across the UK, you will be joining an established and successful company, who continue to grow. The ideal individual will be customer focused and have excellent communication and administration skills, as well as an approachable nature. You will support clients from their initial onboarding stage, through to installation and beyond. 

HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE - Offices located on the outskirts of Ipswich Town Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
Free parking available

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding of all installations, to include a comprehensive account and equipment contract set up
Build and nurture customer relationships to include a welcome call, and be the first point of contact throughout the onboarding process
Lease Co Relationship; working collaboratively with the Lease company to assist in the acceptance of the finance
Issue of upgrades for Sales
Manage and issue requests, for company name changes and monitor receipt to ensure a successful conclusion 
Raising and issuing of early termination figures 
Management of documentation, such as agreements and variations
Processing of cancellations and collating files of the collection of any o/s balances  
Managing own workload, with great organisation and confidence Essential Skills & Capabilities:

Keen attention to detail, with a proficient ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organisation skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Ability to work with a team at all levels of the organisation
Ability to develop an understanding of customer needs and requirements
Experience working with CRM systems
Excellent communication skills; strong listening, presenting telephone manner
Be a self-starter who’s able to work independently and create new tasks for completion, without the need for on-going instruction.
Confident, self-motivated and results driven
