In the role of Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Administration tasks including filing and data inputting onto in house systems
Receiving and making telephone calls and arranging clinics
Supporting staff with varied duties as and when required
To be considered for the Secretary / Audio Typist job, you must have:
Previous administration experience, preferably within a medical setting
IT skills including PIMS or similar medical software
A compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle themselves well in stressful situations
Excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
This is a temporary role for initially 3 months working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be based in their offices in Wrexham and on an hourly salary of £9.05 per hour plus holidays.
