Job Role: Part time Accounts Administrator
Salary: £25k pro rota
Hours: Part time - 22 hours per week over at least 3 days
Harper Recruitment Group are very excited to be working with a Nottingham based not for profit organisation who are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. You will play a key part in the smooth daily activity within the Finance team.
Duties will include:
Assisting with monthly checks on invoices
Accounting and working with SAGE regarding customer invoices and supplier payments
Assistance with general office duties
Taking phone calls from customers/suppliersWho are we looking for?
Finance experience including SAGE is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Organised and proactive
Proven Admin experienceAttention to detail with strong communication skills
