Job Title: Administrator

Location: Cambridge

Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Salary: £22,000 + Benefits

Our Cambridge based client is a leading educational organisation and is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their HR department. You will be supporting the HR Advisor and HR Administrator in providing a professional, quality administrative support and a first-class service to all employees.

Please note: Candidates will require an Enhanced DBS Check.

Your duties as an Administrator:

All general office duties - photocopying, filing and archiving etc.

Undertake the administration of recruitment checks required (DBS checks, overseas Criminal checks, Right to Work in the UK checks etc)

Maintain the recruitment system and must be up to date and accurate at all time

Recruitment administration - placing adverts, requesting references, arranging interviews and administering interview tests etc.

Updating policy/training information on the HR system

The ideal Administrator will have the following skills and experience:

Previous administration experience

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel

Attention to detail with the ability to accurately input data
