Salary £20,000 - £26,000 - dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and 9am - 5pm Friday

Our client was in established in 2000 and has grown consistently ever since. Due to expansion, we have permanent opportunities for 2 x Operations Administrator.
Processing customer orders: liaising with the sales team, suppliers and distributors, obtaining the best possible purchase price, providing daily updates on all outstanding orders
Use of manufacturers' portals: to ensuring best prices are obtained, extending price guarantees
Shipping goods: liaising with logistics partners and customers; chasing goods shipped directly from distribution to customers, including shipping information, proof of delivery and product serial numbers; processing returns where necessary; shipping goods from companies own warehouse and receiving goods
Providing support across the whole team where required
Answering telephone calls: transferring calls, taking messages etc
Other general office duties.Skills / Attributes
