Job Title: Orders & Provisioning Executive

Location: Washington, West Sussex

Salary: £12.00 per hr

Are you an experienced administrator available immediately and looking for a new, flexible role within a busy, dynamic team?

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Fridays 9am - 5pm.
Office based 3 days, and 2 days per week at home if desired, 5 days a week in the office is also available.

Temporary with possibility for progression to a permanent role.

Our client is a fast-growing multi award winning technology company based in a brand-new purpose-built office in Washington, West Sussex, and they are looking to recruit an Orders & Provisioning Executive.

As an Orders & Provisioning Executive, you will gain an excellent opportunity to work in the heart of their business, within a team which is delivering an industry leading standard of customer service.


Working in their Orders & Provisioning team process orders, provision new cloud services, deliver monthly bill run and also analyse new and exciting billing offers.
Work with their customers on the phone and over email to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Identify, investigate and resolve a query, complaint or general enquiry from customers while processing a variety of order types, provisioning licences and setting up recurring billing.

· Minimum 1 years' experience within a customer service/support role
· Telecoms experience
· Industry experience desired but not essential

· Great organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Enjoys a busy office environment
· People person
· Sense of humour
