Job Description

We are looking for a People Support Administrator to work in our established People Team. You'll be working with our People Partners and People Support Administration.

This is the perfect role for someone who likes to work with data and is process driven. You'll be responsible for providing a variety of people related administration support to our Group and subsidiary functions.

Nexus is a fast moving, exciting company with activities which include the UK's future green energy infrastructure - including electric vehicle charging, the implementation of smart grid technology and renewable energy developments.

Location: Based at our new state of the art Head Office in Braintree

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Competitive plus benefits package

People Support Administrator Duties:

Working with our People Partners and Labour Planning Manager to ensure all People related documentation is sent in a timely manner.
Working with our internal and external systems and processes to ensure that all People related information is up to date and held in a GDPR compliant way.
Monitoring our People Support inbox answering general queries and request for information including requests for Company report.
Displaying and promoting our Company culture and core values in everything you do.
People Support Administrator Duties:

Experience of working in a fast-paced administration role.
Deliver excellent customer care at all times, demonstrating your ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Someone who has a high attention to detail and understands the need of timely and accurate administration.
A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities at the same time using our internal and external databases and MS Office.
You'll be confident speaking to customers and stakeholders at all levels of our Group.
