My client specialises in the initiation and delivery of major development and construction projects, working with investors, landowners and occupiers to deliver projects, that has seen them win various national and Welsh awards. 

It is a fantastic time to join as the HR & Culture Manager within the business, as this role play's a critical part in the business. This role is ideal for someone who has exceptional emotional intelligence, can inspire high-performance, be an employee champion to all staff members, work in partnership with the leadership team and tie together the culture of the business. 

The role
The strength of our client’s local & national reputation is on an exciting growth trajectory, and they are now looking for a experienced HR & Culture Manager to join their Flintshire office to develop and implement HR strategies that support our client’s goals. This role will provide strategic, transformational & operational support across a variety of HR generalist areas including:

Brand, Values and Culture;
People and Culture Strategy and Planning
Organisational Culture and effectiveness
Reward, Rewards & Recognition;
Talent, Recruitment, and onboarding;
Learning and Engagement;
HR Business Partnering;
HR Services & Systems;
HR data management & reporting.

We’re looking for a strong HR generalist who prides themselves on their leadership and people management skills, including providing clear direction, training, coaching, mentoring and day-to-day support.

You may be an experienced HR professional looking to consolidate your experience or a high performer ready to take on the next challenge in your career. 

You are passionate about supporting your stakeholders in developing a culture of high engagement and high performance, and you’re well versed in managing and resolving complex employee issues, including facilitating performance management processes. 

This is a new role, reporting directly to the Transformation Director, and comes with the opportunity to make this role your own. If you have strong prior HR Manager experience and an outstanding track record in HR and Culture management then this could be the right role for you!
