We are looking for driven a Team Leader to join our Operations team at our site in Corby, Eismann Way. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working across a 2-2-3 shift pattern, and in return, we can offer a competitive hourly rate, alongside career progression and a generous benefits package!

Advanced Supply Chain Group offer a complete end-to-end supply chain service, from source to shelf, covering all aspects of supply chain management, global logistics, fulfilment, and value-added services, allowing our customers to maximise the opportunities that exist in today’s technology-enabled marketplace. Using our unique intelligent supply chain model, we design innovative solutions to complex challenges, unlock new opportunities, and speed up and streamline existing processes by removing complexity from the supply chain. As our Team Leader, you will provide support to the Team Managers as well as leading a team of Warehouse Operatives, to help meet our customers’ expectations and turnaround time. In this role you will also continue to maintain housekeeping and all health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities of our Team Leader will include:

Leading the team to achieve KPI’s

Effectively planning and managing workloads of the team

Leading the team in a responsible manner

Identifying training needs within the team

Briefing the team daily with business updates, planned work and KPI’s achieved

Maintaining a safe working environment

Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed.

Skills and experience required for our Team Leader:

Experience of leading a team successfully

Effective communication skills both verbally and written

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft, in particular word, excel and outlook

Experience of working with warehouse management systems

Good people management, leadership & influencing skills

The ability to demonstrate success in implementing changes to achieve “better, faster, cheaper”
