Sales Administrator
£20K per annum

My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team within the heart of Bagshot. The Sales Administrator will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, supporting with all daily operational duties. The Sales Administrator will:

* Assist the Sales manager in facilitating the smooth running of the sales office

* Support the Sales team in all administrative duties

* Assist the Regional manager to achieve their KPI figures and their sales targets

* Be the focal contact between the sales office and the wider departments across the business; assisting with any administrative tasks

* Manage incoming calls and act on the request

* Assist the team with diary management

* Maintain and update the internal database

The ideal candidate will:

* Have experience in working within an administrative role or a sales role within a retail environment

* Have excellent communication skills; both verbal or written

* Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office

* Have strong attention to detail

* Be able to organise and prioritise a large workload

* Ideally have some knowledge of Salesforce

* Ideally have experienced working within a Sales Administration role

This role is a Monday – Friday role with weekend work which is rota based; 37.5 hour working week. You will receive a day off in lieu if you work on a weekend day.

This is an office based role.
