Administrator/ Administration Assistant required for a Prestigious Company based in Wellingborough. This is a permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday ( 09.00 - 17.00) with occasional Saturdays. Salary , Starting at between £19,000 to £21,000 (DOE) plus a fantastic benefits package including 33 days holiday, life insurance employee well-being and health plan.
The role of the Administrator for this organisation will be to provide administrative/ administration services to the department. Working within a high profile team that is responsible for various administrative duties for a variety of business areas . You will be providing an excellent and efficient Administration support and customer service . This role will suit a quick learner who is very organised.
Responsibilities for the Administrator role will involve
Completion of administrative tasks in line with agreed service level agreements.
Assisting with industry standard publications. (however training will be given)
The ideal candidate will have a good administration/ Administrator background and
The ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met
Have first class administration skills and have an excellent customer service ethic
To deal with any calls in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner.
Be able to keep up to date with processes and procedures
Have a flexible approach within a fast paced environment.
