As a Customer Administration Assistant you will play an important role in driving the success of the Centre with duties including: - Dealing with customer orders and enquiries by phone and in person - Managing customers' accounts and credit balances - General office and showroom duties You will need to - Be fully literate and numerate - Have good IT systems skills (ideally MS Office) - Display a can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm. - Have excellent communication, organisation and customer skills. The successful candidate will receive full training on our products and systems. Customer Service experience Polite and professional telephone manner Ability to multi-task Task/time management IT literate Business admin skills.
Shift: Mon - fri 8am - 4.30pm
