An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a prestigious Financial Services organisation based in Leeds City Centre with the opportunity to WFH. This role will involve supporting a team of three Investment Managers, you must have excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills.
The role is working alongside a team of 4 Team Administrator and you will receive training and excellent career development opportunities.
Supporting Investment Managers with day to day admin tasks to ensure they can maintain client relationships
Meeting preparation including production of new client paperwork, valuations, and performance summaries
Assisting with the client onboarding process
Monitoring of new account opening
Preparation of weekly reports
Handling telephone enquiries from third parties and clients regarding their portfolios and accounts
Organising production, checking and despatch of valuations and client tax packs
Liaising with operational departments
Production of existing account valuations
Undertaking the administration involved in annual performance reviews
Dealing with compliance related matters such as collation of anti-money laundering documentation, checking client documentationAbout you;
You will be an experienced Administrator who has worked in a Professional Services environment and ideally Financial Services. Outstanding attention to detail is required and you will be Intermediate level on Microsoft Office.
