We are looking for an Administrator with Accounts experience.
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Administrator to join a team for a global manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Scarborough. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year.
The Assistant Administrator will support the Management Accountant in this very 'hands-on' role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skills and gain experience in a manufacturing setting. The position will offer the opportunity to develop with involvement in business reporting, supporting the Accountant as well as the opportunity to help improve processes and controls.
Key responsibilities for the Assistant Administrator will include:
* Basic admin duties
* Accounts support / process
* Stock control
* Preparation of weekly production reports
* Reporting labour variances
* Month-end reporting
* Other ad-hoc duties to support Management Accountant
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills. Also you must have strong IT skills - advanced Excel and knowledge of SAP would be advantageous candidates with accounts experience are strongly advised to apply for this role.
