Job Description

Role: Administrative Co-Ordinator

Location: Liverpool

Hours of work: 8.30am-5pm/9am-5.30pm

Pay rate: 9.50 per hour

Our City Centre Liverpool based client is looking for a experienced Temporary Administration Assistant, who will be supporting the business in the production of on-site administration and carry out the following tasks:

Assisting with online booking applications from sites
Liaising with sites directly
Assisting with tenant queries
Deliver exceptional customer service via live chats, telephone and emails

Our client is keen to hear from candidates who share their values of teamwork and client focus.

Strong IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft systems
Excellent administration / organisational skills.
Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
A good team spirit with proven team working skills.
Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work
Excellent communication skills.
