Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and creative thinker to join a growing professional marketing department within a regulated industry. The successful candidate will manage a small team of Channel Marketing Executives to deliver high quality B2B Marketing communications and will be responsible for leading and coordinating the company’s tactical communications.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Commercial Development and the Senior Marketing Manager in medium- and long-term planning
• Proactively drive and improve marketing activity
• Create and develop online advertising
• Ensure integration of the email system with the CRM system and alignment to our customer interaction model
• Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders
• Be responsible for the growth of company channel audiences
• Create and execute product launch campaigns alongside the product team
• Generation of new business opportunities via audience reach
• Accurate reporting and analysis to demonstrate effective return
• Compliance of marketing communications with financial promotions regulations
• Lead nurturing and lead scoring
• Ensuring the website, collateral and all tools are easy to use

Experience Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing communications, preferable within the mortgage industry
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytic tools
• Ability to analyse Management Information and offer solutions
• To build relationships with internal stakeholders
• To work as part of a team and individually
• CIM or IDM Diploma would be an advantage
• B2B experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• An understanding of financial intermediaries and/or Previous experience within financial services would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent database segmenting
