£23K - £25K - Permanent - Full Time - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours.

Job Description:

Key duties of the Fleet Controller include:

  • Undertaking administrative areas of Fleet and Compliance & providing outstanding customer service
  • Administration associated with the Company Fleet software, including updating details relating to services/MOT’s/repairs, checking driving licenses, issuing fuel cards, trackers, administrating road tax and congestion charges.
  • Responsible for the allocation and return of vehicles; and arranging hire vehicles where required.
  • Ensuring the MID and vehicle declarations are up to date and assisting with P11Ds.
  • Providing customer service support to all fleet drivers, advising them of external support routes where appropriate.
  • Setting up accounts with suppliers, check incoming invoices, and scan & upload into relevant vehicle folder. Pass to Fleet/HR Manager for sign off.
  • Supporting with the completion of PQQ’s, Tenders, Collation and Subcontractor Approval forms.
  • Deal with any waste management / collection requests and ensure accurate records of any waste management requests.
  • Identify opportunities to make improvements fleet processes, to improve the service provided by the department alongside managing compliance.
  • General office administrative duties such as making enquires, gathering info, data entry, scanning, filing etc.

  • Have outstanding customer service skills
