Permanent - Full Time - 37 hours per week.
About the role
This is a rare opportunity within our friendly and dynamic People Services team. Our charity has recently been through a significant change introducing an employee and manager self-service system which has transformed the way we work. This role is required to support and maintain our system whilst enabling continuous improvement. The role plays an integral part in ensuring that our people system is effectively supporting departmental objectives, lean processes and facilitating the best service delivery to our operational colleagues.
You will have extensive knowledge and experience of working with HR Information Systems, including ITrent and experience of reporting in a complex environment. If you have delivered systems training and creation of support materials through different methods that will be a plus, although not essential.
Having well rounded communication, analytical and problem solving skills, you will be the subject matter expert (SME) for MHA's HR Systems ensuring ongoing maintenance, management Inc. security along with providing day to day support.
