Part-time (22 hours) and full-time (37.5 hours) positions available

Customer service experience is not essential for this position as we offer full training!


Location: Crewe, CW1 6EG (5-minute walk from Crewe Train Station)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Salary: up to £22,000 (basic salary and commission) - this does increase after your probationary period

As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor, you will be answering and resolving inbound & outbound telephone and email queries from potential and existing fuel card customers. This position will also involve promoting self-service and other value-added products to our existing customers.

The experience and skills that we are looking for include:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is not essential
  • Comfortable speaking to people over the phone
  • Good administrative skills
  • Good computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft packages
