Salary: up to £25,000 (basic salary and commission)

Location: Crewe, CW1 6EG (5-minute walk from Crewe Train Station)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

As a customer service advisor, you will be answering and resolving inbound & outbound telephone and email queries from potential and existing customers. This position will also involve promoting/showing our self-service portal to customers and explaining our other products to our existing customers.

The experience and skills that we are looking for include:

  • Good administrative skills
  • Good communication skills - comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
