Lettings Manager
Basic: £30-35k
OTE: £50-55k
Location: Bicester

Hours and Holiday
Monday to Friday: 9:00-6:00pm
1 in 2 Saturdays (with a day in lieu)
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

About You
You will be responsible for a team of 5 on the business winning side of the business, so you need to be competent at managing a team, motivating them to hit target as well as driving the business forward yourself. Are you able to build and maintain relationships at all levels? You will need a strong eye for detail and great customer service skills. You will be a great problem solver and be able to self-motivate while leading the team. If you are levelheaded but strive for business success, this role could be for you.

Role in a nutshell
  • Manage and mentor the lettings team to ensure they are motivated
  • Training to carry out their responsibilities to required standard
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of lettings department
  • Chair morning meetings and actively participate
  • Nurture and develop new opportunities and contacts within local business community
  • Conduct market appraisals to gain client instructions
  • Ensure effective linkage and communication with other departments
