We're currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our senior management team and help us drive the business forwards into a new phase of growth and innovation. We're open to flexible and part-time hours to fit around your other commitments and the salary is negotiable depending on your experience and abilities.

In your new role as HR Manager at Affinity, you'll have the support of the rest of the management team and as much responsibility as you can handle with the space to be creative in how you approach the opportunities and challenges that arise.

This HR Manager role is suited to an experienced HR generalist with experience operating at either a mid or senior levels who looking for a unique opportunity to continue progressing their career and making a real difference in the business, whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of people across the organisation and to be creative and hands-on seeing their ideas to fruition.

Key responsibilities of our HR Manager include:

Development and implementation of the HR strategy with the support from the Board of Directors
Developing and implementing best practice procedures where required and supporting managers to follow HR best practice using your expert knowledge and experience to guide them
Support and advise on all aspects of employee relations issues as required
Manage all stages of the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit
Manage and oversee training and development programmes across site ensuring excellent succession planning
Report on KPI's and HR matters to Board of Directors as required
Data Lead for GDPRWe would welcome applications with the following skills; HR, HR Manager, HRBP, Human Resources, HR Advisor, HR Director, HRM, Employee Relations, Senior Management, Employment Law, Compliance, Legislation, GDPR, Reporting, HR Generalist, Process Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, People Management.

Essential Skills

5 years HR Generalist experience in a standalone role
Experience operating at a mid-to-senior level and confident doing so
Proven track record of employee relations experience and excellent working knowledge of UK employment law
Experience of all stages of the employee life cycle including recruitment and onboarding
Positive attitude, organised and proactive approach to workDesirable Skills

Experience in the manufacturing sector very desirable but applicants from other industries will also be considered
CIPD L7 or equivalent experience/professional accreditation About Company
