D&A are excited to support our Chelmsford based client on a client on=boarding manager role.

- Minimum 5 years financial services experience;

- Experience managing teams; - Specific experience in transition management;

- Specific experience in working for an asset manager and/or similar administration company

- Experience in managing multiple projects of varying duration and complexity; - A track record of achievement.

- Engage with Business Development, Manco, Client Implementation, Client Service Management, Operational Managers, Compliance and Clients to ensure a streamlined and effective onboarding process;

- Oversee and coordinate the operational due diligence process and clients and all relevant delegates;

-Participate actively in New Business Committees, ensuring that all relevant parties have approved new deals before initiating the on-boarding process;

- Creating and maintaining project plans, managing deliverables accordingly; - Creating and distributing scope of work documents;

- Manage implementation project scope and ensure that proper change control processes are followed;

- Manage external as well as internal expectations regarding deliverables, with the regular client and internal meetings as required;

- Manage the on-boarding project

risks and impacts and ensure appropriate control measures are provided and implemented; - Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding matters pertaining to implementation project activities;

- Execution of onboarding projects in line with the client methodology and within the constraints of quality, scope, time and cost;

- Ensure that all key stakeholders including the clients are regularly updated on the progress of the on-boarding project;

- Liaison with third parties to establish all connectivity required for any transactional processing related to the fund(s);

- Participate and/or lead new service initiatives and projects. These could be linked to client, industry or regulatory requirements - Documenting lessons learned;

- Contribute to team knowledge and process optimization by sharing new learnings and advising on how templates can be improved upon.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal, internal and external); - Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated
