We are searching for a Duty Manager to ensure all contract cleaning standards and service level agreements are achieved to a high level within an assigned group of cleaning contracts. As Duty Manager you will ensure multiple sites are supervised efficiently and effectively and that the specified cleaning standards, safety specifications and service level agreements are met and maintained to a high level.

As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for:
The operational management and delivery of cleaning services within strict SLA targets
Maintaining strong client relationship and high levels of satisfaction
To ensure any site regulations and Company policies are adhered too
Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
To carry out ad-hoc and regular activity such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.As a Duty Manager you will have the following expertise and attributes:
Experience of operating in a fast paced and demanding cleaning contracted business.
Good prioritisation of work, time management and organisational planning techniques
Proactive performance management of team managers delivery services. Appraisal skills, demonstrates ability to train direct reports and operational staff levels.
Health and safety qualification eg IOSH or similar.
Experience of working within a client facing environment.
