Responsibilities / Duties;
Develop established Health & Safety programmes, prevention of accident & injury.
Promote and develop staff H&S responsibilities and performances.
Assist in promoting site health & safety goals.
Framework agreements, Staff & Management meetings, Safety Risk Assessment programs.
Compliance inspections, Review PPE effectiveness and follow up.
Accident Investigations and follow up.
Coordinate employee EHS training programmes.
The successful candidate will have:
Relevant Health and Safety qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience working in Health and Safety
Previous experience in a similar role and in depth knowledge of EHS legislation.
Working knowledge of CDM would be an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and IT skills
