Based in our inspiring Bristol head office, the Global Insight Manager is a fixed-term position to cover 12 months maternity leave, working full-time. The role comes with a competitive salary of up to £40k per annum depending on experience, alongside a benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.

About the opportunity

As a Global Insight Manager, you are responsible for delivering insights from global and key market category and consumer data and making recommendations that inspire, provoke, and support the global expansion of Pukka.

Partnering with the marketing teams and the Global Insight Lead you'll help drive the business growth agenda with consumer and category insight and be responsible for the identification & translation of consumer needs & behaviours into powerful growth action in brand strategy, performance, innovation, communication, and activation initiatives.

You will lead the innovation pillar to collaborate with and guide the Global Portfolio Team to optimise the product portfolio across all relevant categories in line with Pukka's purpose to nurture healthier, happier lives through organic plants. Also, you'll collaborate with relevant data and research agencies, being the expert in consumer and market research methodologies with the support of the wider ekaterra team.

About you

You'll have previous experience delivering insights in a retail, marketing or research agency role within an FMCG/Grocery environment and have experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodologies, ideally in relation to product development.

You'll be a confident user of continuous market data from IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, and/or Euromonitor. In addition, you'll have proven IT ability in effortlessly managing and analysing data from multiple sources to craft it into commercial arguments and strategic recommendations. Experience of analysis and insight across international markets is desirable.

As our Global Insight Manager, you'll be proficient with the ability to analyse and interpret market, category & consumer data to create compelling fact-based arguments combined with broader consumer and market understanding. You'll also have excellent communication capabilities to efficiently communicate key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and peers conversationally as well as in compelling powerpoint presentations.
