My Client based on the outskirts of Kendal are looking to make a new addition to there Finance/Accounts team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in a friendly team and environment and really make a difference.

Key Responsibility's:

Day to day management of the front office,reception and repographics.
Supporting key school events, ie Awards ceremonies, Open evening and New Intake Evening.
Administration of Admissions policy in line with the School Admissions Code and Local Authority deadlines.
Use SIMS effectively to run reports, correspondence and input data when required.
Day to day management of the office for Headteacher and Accounting Officer.
To assist the Headteacher and Accounting Officer in the delivery of aspects of the Trust's works 2.
Have responsibility for the diary and coordination for the Headteacher and Accounting Officer.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality liaising closely with key stakeholders including Trustees, including policy administration.
Act as an intermediary on behalf of the Headteacher with all key stakeholders, staff and clerk to trustees.
Proactively support the implementation of the Trust's strategic plan including meeting deadlines.
Servicing of meetings related to the Headteacher and Accounting Officers diary at/of the highest and most sensitive nature.
Have responsibility for the school(s) calendar and communicate key events effectively.
Coordinate the work of external consultants and support including school improvement services, MAT development, leadership development and marketing/public relations.
To prepare typing and photocopying of documents.
Administration support for the Deputy Head.

Salary: - £25,481 - £27,041 per annum

Hours of work: - 37 hours per week, all year round
