We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work alongside a really dynamic Senior Leadership team. Working closely with the HR Director and the Managing Director The TAM will lead on recruiting the talent joining the business at a period of exciting growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity as the first time the business has had a TAM, moving away from an agency model to being self sufficient, attracting candidates direct and using the employees as advocates. The HR Director and MD both have strong recruitment backgrounds so you will be well supported in terms of time, ideas and investment.
