I am partnered with a large and fast growing business within the health care space who are seeking a interpersonal and hardworking Accounts Payable Clerk to join their offices for this permanent and full-time opportunity. Based in Brentwood the role requires candidates who are available to work in the offices for 4 days per week, and work remotely on a Friday.
The client are a reputable business based in Brentwood who are seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to join them for this permanent and full-time opportunity. Reporting into the AP Manager you will be responsible for processing a high number of invoices and will have a good attention to detail.
* Purchase ledger and reconciling supplier statements
* Coding correctly of costs
* Intercompany recharges
* Bank reconciliation
* Process employee expenses
* Posting supplier documents within one day of receipt
The successful candidate will be a good team player, interpersonal and have experience of the duties listed above from within a finance team. You will also be able to commute to the client offices for full-time work and be able to work remotely for 1 day a week.
