A varied opportunity for a senior HR and projects specialist, working for a small but fast – growing Consultancy, who believe in ‘people first’ and using HR in a positive and engaging way to create workplaces, where people feel supported to be their best at work.

Role Details:

* Ideally full time, permanent, (client is open to part time hours and contracts for the right candidate).

* Up to £40K depending on experience.

* Harrogate centre.

The Role:

The role is diverse because they are a small but growing team. You will support an existing client-base and build up your own clients over time, so you need to be confident, outgoing, and friendly. Most importantly you need to know how to explain HR processes in a way that’s easy to understand and avoids HR jargon. They’re not remotely corporate!

Key duties of the HR Manager include implementing various projects across a variety of client businesses, from inception to completion, in the following areas:

* Goal setting, appraisal and development processes

* Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

* Health & Wellbeing Initiatives

* HR systems for small business

* Company HR audit

* Company Culture

* Company Values and Behaviours

Person Specification:

The ideal person MUST:

* Have experience in a senior HR role, (Senior Advisor or Manager), implementing and working on comparable projects.

* Be confident in managing complex ER cases and HR projects with minimal supervision.

* Be ideas driven with a proactive approach to solving problems and finding solutions.

* Know how to make HR engaging and easy to understand.

* Be passionate about and take pride in their work.

* Be thorough, accurate and reliable.
