Salary Range: £36,167 - £40,464 per annum (plus £3,000 Market Supplement)
Retention Bonus: £750 on appointment and a further £750 on your six-month anniversary in post
Work Location: Dame Mary Fagan House - Basingstoke
Hours per week: Up to 37 (applications are welcomed for flexible hours)
Contract Type: Permanent and Temporary (12 month) posts available

The Role:
Our Learning Disability Team is seeking a Senior Social Worker to model best practice, working independently and as a valued member of a highly committed team.
As a qualified and experienced Senior Social Worker, registered with Social Work England, you will work from our offices based in Basingstoke, as well as working remotely, supporting service users living in the north of Hampshire. We operate a hybrid-working policy, and you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own more complex caseload, to best meet the needs of the service user and business.
You’ll need to travel independently across the county to meet with individuals and their carers to assess needs, formulate outcomes and undertake reviews using a person-centred and strength-based approach.
Our priority is to protect the most vulnerable, whilst making a positive difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities. Working closely with our service users, their families and our partner agencies, we work proactively to encourage independent and safe living within the community and put the people of Hampshire at the heart of our decision-making.
