As a Reservations Consultant with us, you will be highly motivated and passionate about securing the requested guest experience. You will be; self-driven, highly motivated, engaged in our product and have a flair for customer service. You will work to the highest standard, and will assist our guests with any needs and requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high energy contact centre team who pride themselves on delivering a fantastic guest experience in a friendly and engaging way. We use Resort Suite as our PMS, experience with this will be advantageous. Due to the nature and the pace of this role the ideal candidate will have previous experience within not just reservations but in contact / call centre.
Hours of operation are between 8.00am and 9.00pm shifts may vary between these hours.
