Management Accounts Assistant - What will I be doing?
This role will appeal to someone who enjoys variety and who has the flexibility to adapt to suit the needs of the business with your meticulous attention to detail, a good head for figures and, ideally, 3 years’ experience within a Finance department.
Some of the duties include.
* Credit Control.
* Monitor payments and issue reminder letters and taking legal action if required.
* Entering payments.
* Producing service charge accounts (annually & quarterly).
* Collating figures for VAT returns.
* Maintaining the property management accounting system.
* Administration of Management Companies.
* Any other duties that may arise from time to time in relation to property management accounting.
Management Accounts Assistant - What experience do I need?
3 years working within a finance environment
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Confident in dealing with figures
Experience of working with Xero – training will be given on in house software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Methodical, accurate with strong attention to detail
