The group are now invoicing over 3500 customers with over 5000 invoices being processed a month.

Our client is looking for a strong Billing/Invoicing professional to come in and own the function, oversee a small team of 3, working closely with Customer Services, Sales and Credit to both streamline the processes but to hold individuals & teams accountable. In this role you will support the Billing team with around a 20% error rate on the automated billing systems, making manual corrections to around 1000 invoices a month, resolving queried invoices and working closely with the credit Control Manager and team. Reporting monthly to the Senior Leadership team on what's on hold and what has been corrected and released.

Previous experience in an high volume Billing role
