What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the business readiness activities for the Finance Reconciliations team.
Your responsibilities will include being the accounting lead on projects, review and approval of documentation and lead the product delivery into BAU.
You’ll also lead the communication with stakeholders and help manage the impact of this project on other major changes.
You will be the primary accounting knowledge and ensure successful delivery for key risk mitigation projects.
You’ll ensure the new process or system is well controlled, understood, documented and resourced.
You’ll help build strong relationships between projects and the Financial Reconciliations team.
About you

As a minimum requirement you’ll:
be a qualified accountant
have financial reconciliations experience in a financial institution
have strong written and verbal communication skills
have a strong track record of problem solving and resolving challenging queries
be confident in your decisions, have good attention to detail, and be open and approachable.
It would be nice if you also had:
project experience.

The role is predominantly home working but as part of our hybrid working model there will be a requirement to be in the Swindon Headquarters at certain times during the month.
