Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts- working with Group Accountants, Management Accountants and External Auditors
Using CCH software to prepare subsidiary statutory financial statements
Keeping the Group’s company database (approx. companies) up to date
Overseeing submission process to Companies House Group financial statements (IFRS):
Analysis of key areas of the Group accounts, including: IFRS 9 fair value of hedge accounting and equity investments, IFRS 16 Lease accounting, Impairment reviews of subsidiary investments/receivable balances, Goodwill & Intangibles
Assisting with integration of new consolidation software and completion of the Group Consolidation file
Owning the data gathering for key parts of the Annual Report
Assisting with preparation of Corporation Tax returns
 Assisting with iXBRL tagging


Part qualified with experience in a finance function
Experience preparing management accounts
Good knowledge of FRS and IFRS
Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Looking to grow a career with a global commercial business
Highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
Able to work independently but also enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
