Orka Financial is working with a growing logistics business that is based in Slough Hybrid working, 4 days in office) to recruit a Management Accountant. The purpose of this role is to work within the management accounting team to prepare & review the divisional and entity level financial records.


-Support the preparation of Group management accounts-Review of monthly management accounts for the division you are responsible for-Support Group Financial Controller & Finance Business Partners with monthly commentary on variances from budget and prior month / year performance-Preparations of balance sheet reconciliations, and follow up on any issues in a timely manner-Review of monthly KPI’s and follow up of variances-Complete bank reconciliations across a range of currency accounts-Reconciliation of intercompany accounts and recharges including loan account balances-Assist with the financial external audits as required-Assist the Finance Manager with statutory reporting, including the tracking and collation of non-financial information requirements-Preparation of the Monthly accounts submission to Group


-CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or Finalist-Advanced Excel skills-ERP savvy-Highly organised, dependable and accountable, with an attention to detail


£40,000 - £47,000 + benefits
