CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a family owned, solutions lead business based near Gosport, Hampshire. An Assistant Management Accountant is required to support the ongoing success. This busy and rewarding role, would suit an early CIMA/ACCA studier with relevant experience, although QBE will also be considered.
What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?
Production of the monthly management accounts, including accruals and prepayments and journals;
Assist in the production of the annual Statutory accounts;
Ensure that all statutory obligations are met ;
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts;
Assist with annual Budget preparation;
Support system upgrade;
Provide cover for payroll;
Provide essential cover for the Financial Controller.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant vacancy:
High level of accuracy and numeracy;
A willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks;
Focused and the ability to prioritise tasks;
Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicator at all levels
