Job Description

RG Consultancy are recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk with experience. You will be working for a well-established manufacturing company in the heart of Merseyside, where you will be part of a positive environment who are supportive of self-development. You will work alongside and reporting to the accounts manager.

The role

* Processing purchase invoices

* Matching invoices

* Liaising with suppliers

* Payments to suppliers

* Ensuring payments are made accurately, in a timely manner

* Reconciling supplier statements

* Dealing with enquiries and errors

* Other administrative tasks

The person

* Purchase ledger experience

* Ability to work with good attention to detail

* Good communicator

* SAGE desirable

* Good IT and excel skills

Working hours

* Monday - Friday - Early finish on a Friday
