Chailey Heritage Foundation are seeking to recruit a new Management Accountant to work within our small finance team.
In this role you will be responsible for the month end process and monthly management reporting, along with preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
This is a permanent full time role, with some flexibility to how this is worked. The role is currently hybrid with 3 days working in the office and 2 days at home.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
production of the monthly management reporting package including management accounts, KPI’s and ensuring correct cost allocation
preparation of the annual budget and forecast for the individual services and the Charity as a whole
supporting with the preparation of long-term forecasts in line with the Charity’s strategic plan
assisting in ad-hoc requirements for detailed cost analysis
maintaining the Charity’s chart of account
assisting in the completion of external annual returns

Above all, we are looking for an individual with the following:
CIMA / ACCA part qualified
Relevant numerical and/or business qualification
Good knowledge of financial systems e.g. Sage 200
Experience of dealing with budgets and forecasts
Good working knowledge of Microsoft products and excellent Excel skills
