As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students with Autism (ASD) in small groups and 1-1. The role of the Behaviour Mentor is to provide charismatic support in and out of the classroom. As a Behaviour Mentor you will need to support and encourage students and be a good role model and have a strong ability to build rapport with the students. The role of the Behaviour Mentor is for a support assistant with recent experience supporting students with Autism.
