Customer Service Advisor - Luxury Jeweller

The Company

Our client is a next generation specialist diamond jeweller that boasts unrivalled access to over 70% of the world’s diamonds. Their accolades include the 2017 Professional Jeweller Award and 2017 Online Retailer of the Year.

They are now looking for Customer Service Advisors - Luxury Jewellers.

Your Rewards

This is a superb opportunity for a talented and highly dedicated customer service professional to do what you do best with an expanding and highly successful diamond jeweller.

This is much more than your average customer service role and you will be working at the forefront of customer service where technology meets support. Our client’s customer base is deeply loyal and remains so due to the expertise and service that they receive. Your task will be to maintain these high standards and retain customers.

You will be provided with world-class training before you join a supportive and friendly team. You’ll need to turn up ready to learn and to put your outstanding English language communication skills to the test.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Advisor - Luxury Jeweller, you will:

- Respond to queries via the telephone, email and occasionally face-to-face
- Have strong computer skills alongside a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Assist with ad-hoc duties

You will possess a positive can-do attitude and be well-organised.

Please note, this is a full-time role, with one late night until 9pm per week. You will be required to work two Saturdays and one Sunday per month with a day off in lieu.

Specifically, your role will involve interacting with customers online and face to face, sharing your knowledge and providing the highest level of support. You’ll be expected to go above and beyond, get involved in a huge variety of different conversations and provide the best advice you can.

You’ll be working on up to three chats at any one time so the ability to multi-task will be vital and you’ll be expected to respond within 30 seconds of a request being sent. Within this fast-paced, exciting environment, you’ll need a passion for online sales and lead generation skills.

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Advisor - Luxury Jeweller, you will need:

- Customer service experience
- A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
- Fluent English communication skills with outstanding sentence structure, spelling and grammar
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task in order to respond to more than one conversation at a time
- To be a meticulous learner with an inquisitive mind
