This exciting role will involve working with the Nutricia Specialised Nutrition Healthcare PortfolioThis regulatory role sits within the function of General Secretary (GS). GS is positioned as a partner to other functions in the Danone UK & Ireland Business. We are Growth Activists for Danone UK & Ireland.Role Focus  LeadershipStrategy: Align with Commercial partners in Specialised Nutrition categories to coordinate Regulatory input into strategic plans the at early stagesPublic Affairs: Represent Danone at trade/professional association when neededGovernance & Compliance: Review all category marketing materials and labeling with local regulatory context and processes in a timely wayCross Functional working: Support wider GS Team in projectsDay to day:Lead compliance and roll out of new communication campaigns to Health Care Professionals.  Validate communication materials by providing risk assessments and giving recommendations based on regulatory framework, applicable self-regulation policies, industry Codes, and Danone’s guidelines and policiesPrioritise: Manage workflows depending on category & business prioritiesAbout YouAs a successful Regulatory Affairs Manager we would love to see you demonstrate:Expertise in Regulatory Affairs. Relevant experience in regulatory affairs preferably working with Food for Specialised Medical Purposes (FSMP) or other highly regulated areas in Health Care.Ability to understand and apply UK, Irish and EU regulations for FSMP to product development, marketing materials including labelling as well as detecting, anticipating regulatory trends and opportunities.  Organised, meticulous and process-oriented, with an eye for detail and the ability to maintain company records.Collaborative mindset. Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines. Ability to develop networks internally and externally.Solutions Focussed: Good problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver positive outcomesFluent English.
