It may not be for every role, and, as part of the recruitment process, you’ll have the chance to discuss smart working and how it might work for the job you are applying for.About this roleIn this job, you’ll be responsible for driving the digital way, based across our capability pillars of Leadership & Culture, Ways of Working, Skills and Structure into our ~2000 strong Consumer Digital teams (CDO & CIO) and wider Digital team ~11,000 people. These capabilities will underpin the achievement of all Digital business outcomes, ensuring we deliver brilliantly and constantly improve. You'll have the following responsibilitiesFrom operating model design, to defining how we work from idea to customer, re-imagining our processes, to engaging with stakeholders across the business: You will help us embed a build, measure, learn culture, and you’ll continually investigate and define the future ways of working for both Digital and Consumer so that together the Digital team creates the best experiences that enhance our customers’ lives. And once we’ve nailed it in Digital, we’ll take it Pan BT.
