HR Manager | Manchester | Salary up to £45,000 | Remote Role |

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are proud to be partnering a leading charity in their search for a HR Manager, home based, to support the Corporate and Fundraising leadership functions and lead a team of HR Advisors. Being fully remote the successful can live anywhere within the UK with travel funded should it be required.

About the role

The role of HR Manager within the People Team is required to provide oversight and team management of the HR team, to ensure a high standard of proactive, professional and business focussed HR support and development of managers within the Corporate and Fundraising division of our clients national charity.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and monitor the full adoption of all People support service delivery processes
Advise, support and coach managers to deal with the full range of employee relations matters across the employee lifecycle including disciplinary and grievance, managing performance and capability issues, and TUPE.
Advise and support managers and the business development team during the bid process to assess the people risks (TUPE, restructuring and redesign), write HR sections of the bid and review contractual requirements as and when required.
Provide professional, timely, accurate advice and support to managers on managing sickness absence, including analysis of absence data, identifying trends and issues and advising managers on procedures and policy
Advise and support managers during change programmes.
Assist managers in the consultation process with staff and provide professional guidance, solutions and support on the implementation process.
Support the delivery of a consistent professional People service across the UK by:
Ensuring a UK wide People perspective is produced to meet business and statutory requirements;
Contributing to the development of training material for use on a UK wide basis;
Working in collaboration with other HR Manager's and HR Advisers to ensure a seamless UK wide service delivery, ensuring consistent practice
Providing support to colleagues nationally around disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, etc.;
Delivering relevant training to managers, as required.
About the candidate

The successful candidate will have experience within a HR Manager or Business Partner role and will have gained experience in partnering and advising senior leadership. The role is home based but will require occasional travel which will be fully funded.
