We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join an established Energy Consultancy.   Your primary purpose is to support long-term relationships with your portfolio, to manage the contract renewal process for their energy supplies and to provide a consistent  outstanding service. To be successful in this role you will need to have an understanding of gas and electricity supplies and experience of negotiating at a senior level with both suppliers and customers. Key responsibilities:

Responsible for a varied portfolio of high value customers, providing an excellent service
Pricing and renewal of existing procurement contracts
Lead with the onboarding of new customers 
Analyse & identify risk in portfolios, leading on solutions to minimise risk 
Lead with regular customer meeting/planning site visits and opportunities  
Participate in strategic conversations on processes, changes and future plans 
To identify risk and opportunity within yours and other portfolios  
Generation of Energy Reviews and proposals  
Actively identify new business opportunities within your portfolio and network 
Resolve contract termination and objection issues at contract renewal 
Lead on the collection of non-payments of company and supplier invoices
Confident in delivering Market updates, customer presentations, conferences, and webinars Skills and experience required:

Proactive and intuitive at building strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders
An in-depth technical understanding of gas and electricity supplies & industry experience
Customer service, account management and sales experience 
Experience working to targets associated with the delivery of your role 
Ability to hold high level service conversations both face to face and remotely 
Full UK driving license and a willingness to visit customers and regional offices
