BS Social Care are working alongside a North East charity which provides a wide range of high quality, specialist and personalised care and education support to disabled people and their families. This fantastic organisation is currently looking for a Registered Manager to run their wonderful service based in the Killingworth area.

You will be managing a small residential service for young people with complex learning disabilities in Jesmond. The people we support are aged 17-30 and enjoy an active life including attending a specialist College and Day services during the week.

You will be passionate about your role and have experience with managing a residential service. You will have experience and knowledge of implementing positive change which are in line with CQC guidelines. You will be motivated, driven and and capable of inspiring your team to deliver the best standard of care.

You must have a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification as well as strong experience of managing a large adult residential service. You must have an understanding and ability to uphold high regulatory standards in line with CQC guidance and legislation.
