When we opened our doors in 1925 Champneys was England’s first Health Spa, founded on the philosophy that Health, Beauty and Wellbeing are inextricably intertwined. Our passion is health and wellbeing and we know our therapists are at the heart of that vision, with that in mind we proudly have exceptional training journeys for all our therapists. We have in house trainers that are there to ensure our therapists reach their full potential and progress with us, you will be an ambassador for this development.
We offer state of the art facilities within all of our resorts and hotels, boasting modern and stylish Spa’s.
Some duties and responsibilities include;
Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilization in the spa.
Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget.
Manage the volume of inbound calls and bookings through effectively managing a team of reservationists.
Deliver daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s on outbound calls and maximising opportunities with hotel guests to fill the columns in the spa.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Leisure Club & Spa at all times.
To maintain standards of fire, health, safety and hygiene and achieve H&S Compliance targets.
To have a thorough working knowledge of all products and treatments within the spa and to conduct monthly training with the team to ensure they are all up to date
You will also ensure your team is trained to the highest standard, and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their visit with us and ensure they leave wanting more!
You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set.
We require you to be qualified in the following:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty
Spa Management qualification desirable but not essential
Good overall standard of education
